If you feel like a bit of exercise, many kilometres of trails are waiting for avid runners in the parks of Graz. You’ll almost feel like a local yourself when running through Stadtpark together with the many other runners from Graz.
During a relaxed walk through the Botanical Garden, you can marvel at the plants’ vibrant colours and the exotic architecture of the greenhouses. Inside the buildings, you get the chance to explore different climate zones and a variety of plants.

Graz has that, too! Up on Schlossberg hill, Herbersteingarten is a lovely place to enjoy the afternoon sun. The urban oasis used to be a vineyard, which explains the southern atmosphere of the garden. In 1930, it was first opened to the public.
